CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Chief Justice Lynne Boomgaarden of the Wyoming Supreme Court, who serves as the chairman of the Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC), today announced that the JNC has submitted three nominees to Governor Mark Gordon to fill the judicial vacancy in the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial District, chambered in Sheridan.
The JNC submitted its list of nominees following an extensive review of submitted materials and candidate interviews. The Wyoming Constitution allows the governor 30 days to appoint one of the three nominees.
