These include family law, probate (such as wills or advance directives), housing (including evictions or disputes with your landlord), public benefits, tax issues, and consumer issues. Income restrictions may apply. The volunteer attorneys cannot provide assistance or advice on criminal matters, traffic citations, or business matters (which includes the owning or management of rental properties).
