Rule 4(c)(2) of the Wyoming Rules for Electronic Filing and Service requires users to pass an eFiling proficiency exam.
You will receive an email from File & ServeXpress with a temporary password once you’ve completed the proficiency exam.
FSX stores all eFiled documents on its secure web-based application. Once you successfully submit a filing, FSX will send you an email through which you can retrieve your file stamped documents. Alternatively, you can download the documents from the chancery court’s register of actions on FSX.
The Chancery Court uses an electronic filing system provided by File & Serve Xpress (FSX).
The chancery court will electronically sign, seal, and issue the summons through the electronic filing system. Once electronically issued, the filer may retrieve and serve the summons as required under W.R.C.P.Ch.C. 4.
Stated another way, when eFiling your complaint, electronically staple a summons for each defendant using the main/supporting document functionality.
