Supreme Court eFiling

Supreme Court eFiling and How to Become an eFiler

eFiling is mandatory for all Wyoming State Bar members filing in the Wyoming Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court serves all public orders and opinions electronically, except to self-represented parties, who will receive outgoing documents and orders in paper form only.

In February 2026, the Wyoming Supreme Court updated its eFiling platform. A recording of the virtual training that was held is available here.

Presently, only members of the Wyoming State Bar may register to file electronically in the Supreme Court.
