About Equal Justice Wyoming

What is Equal Justice Wyoming?

Equal Justice Wyoming is a judicial branch program created by the Wyoming Supreme Court on April 19, 2011, and is authorized and funded by the Wyoming Civil Legal Services Act, Wyo. State. 5-2-122 et. seq. Equal Justice Wyoming’s purpose is to create and maintain civil legal services for low-income individuals in Wyoming. We do this by working with legal aid providers and community organizations to help people with limited income find help for their legal problems.

Mission: Serving the legal needs of low-income persons in Wyoming through community engagement, education, information, and the expansion of civil legal services and resources throughout the state.

Vision: Equal access to justice for the people of Wyoming.
