The Estate Planning and Probate Clinic provides estate planning and administration services for qualifying estates to low-income individuals in Wyoming. The Clinic drafts estate planning documents to assist clients in controlling the disposition of their property after death, as well as estate planning documents that are typically relied at the end-of-life. The Clinic offers services to estates that qualify for Summary Probate Procedures (generally estates less than $200,000). The Clinic’s mission is to help its clients maximize control over their end-of-life decisions and to secure their families’ future in the event of incapacity or death.
