The live courtroom audio streams are offered to the public as an electronic means to promote citizens’ access to the courts and the judicial process. By proceeding, users agree to the following conditions:

• Streams are offered as a courtesy, and there is no warranty, guarantee of functionality, or reliability implied.
• No hearing or any portion thereof may be cited as authority.
• No confidential cases will be streamed.
• Recording, re-streaming, or distribution of the audio content is prohibited.
