2025 Wyoming State Bar Exam Schedule: February 25 and 26, 2025 (Cheyenne) and July 29 and 30, 2025 (Laramie).
February Exam: Applications must be filed no later than the third Friday in November.
July Exam: Applications must be filed no later than the third Friday in April.
Retakes: Applications to retake an exam must be filed no later than the 1st day of May to sit for July test administration or the 1st day of December to sit for February test administration.
Incomplete applications, or those received after the deadline, will be returned to you.
A Certificate of Good Standing (COGS), which reflects the attorney’s full name, bar number, date of admission, and bar status can be requested by mail, in-person or purchased online by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express).
Written requests should include the attorney’s name and bar number. You must also include a check or money order payable to the Clerk of the Wyoming Supreme Court in the amount of $10.00 per certificate.

If you wish to pick up your certificate in person, please call the Clerk’s office so that we may have your certificate ready upon your arrival. Each certificate is $10.00, payable by check or money order. Cash will not be accepted unless you have the exact fee amount.

A small convenience fee will be assessed by the online payment provider, VitalChek, for each credit card or debit card purchase. This fee is non-refundable. Please review your request carefully prior to completing your purchase.
